March 14th (3.14) marks Pi Day each year and our students celebrated the mathematical constant today.  They took part in lots of activities including using pi in calculations, making pi skylines and pi paper chains.

We also had contestants in the Pi Day competition who embraced the challenge of memorising as many digits of Pi as possible.  Congratulations to all the class winners, the overall winner who memorised almost 100 digits of pi and to each pupil who took part!
