Geography Field Trips

6th Apr 2022

Sixth Form Geographers recently conducted a river study at Colin Glen, Belfast, where they collected data on various aspects of the Colin River, which is a tributary of the River Lagan.

Year 12 Geographers carried out an urban study in Belfast,  investigating urban regeneration in the Titanic Quarter and collecting data on how building height, landuse and environmental quality change with distance from the Central Business District.

All students had a great day out and gained a lot from the experience.
