Rock it and make it mindful this Monday 🎨 🖌 #kindnessmatters #mentalhealthawarenessweek2020

To spread kindness this Monday why not paint a rock with an encouraging message and leave it for someone to find on your daily walk. You might make all the difference to someone’s day!! 🌈🙂
Here’s some examples. We’d love to see yours. #rockstars #makeitmonday #mindfulnessmatters

Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you are doing, how your body is feeling and what is happening around you. When life gets busy, it's easy to become focussed on worrying thoughts and emotions. Mindfulness helps us to take a step back and focus on the present.
