The Year 12 English Literature class enjoyed a fantastic day visiting Bellaghy, the birthplace of Seamus Heaney studying two of the GCSE poems in a lecture as well as discovering the life behind one of the nation’s most treasured poets. It was a great day with some Y12s really embracing the ‘Heaney Spirit’
